The level of customer service at Revamp Extensions inside Studio Salon is outstanding. Natalie made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the appointment. She is friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring I was happy with my hair. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and equipped with the latest products and tools.

I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of work! From the first consultation, Natalie took the time to explain the process and help color match my hair. The quality of the hair is exceptional, with little shedding/thinning/breakage. The move up process is quick and Natalie is very responsive in scheduling. I highly recommend this salon!

Natalie is the consummate professional. She is the best at what she does!!!! There is no one as talented out there. Period. I come from Nashville and all the way from Costa Rica to have Natalie work on my hair. After traveling around the world and looking for the right person I am blessed to have finally found Natalie. If you are hesitant don’t be. Healthy hair and extensions. People say it isn’t possible well Natalie will show you it can be your reality now.

Natalie is so talented. I have had extensions for over ten years and I went to her for the first time in November 2017. Her work is unbelievable. They don’t fall out or slip at all even when you are rough with them. She has a unique Technique that she does and I’m in love with it. I highly recommend her if you are considering extensions.
