After a two-year hiatus from working out, I decided to dive back in with Pilates classes - and I'm loving it!!! The motivation behind my commitment isn't just about me, it's about how I feel during and after each class. The team at Modus Pilates totally gets it - they provide knowledge, motivation, and a supportive vibe that makes every session worthwhile. What I appreciate is how they listen to my concerns, adjust the exercises to fit my needs, and guide us through the workouts with super clear instructions. I actually look forward to the classes now. I leave feeling accomplished, like I've done something positive for both my body and mind.
I've been to a few studios and I like Modus best. Since they take only a few students at once, it allows the instructor to keep an eye on you and suggest corrections. All the instructors I've had are all very caring and know how to accomodate any discomfort or injuries. I also find their classes to be well structured and offer a good progression of movements. Wish I was still living in the neighborhood to attend more classes.
Brand new to Pilates and absolutely loved it! Shannon is a fantastic instructor and the studio has such a positive vibe. Highly recommend.
The studio is beautiful , super clean and great instructor Shannon. There is a lot of props also. I had a bit sensitive lower back and took care of me by adding a small cussing under my lower back. So kind and caring. I loved my class there ! I recommand to go and try it !
Great Pilates reformer studio. Large bright and clean space. But most importantly Shannon is super knowledgeable. She is able to give you simple tweaks for you to “unlock” new exercises or work around an injury to get the most out your workout. Definitely recommend
