The training is what will male you interested but the welcoming and fun student group will help nurture that desire to come back week after week. Fantastic Martial Arts school! I began coming here with my daughter last year as a way to spend quality time and to learn a new skill. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. I’m in much better shape now than I have been in years and have a lot more energy and focus. Sibok is a dedicated teacher who will encourage and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Everyone in the school is respectful and welcoming. Strongly recommend for all ages, my only regret is not starting earlier.
My daughter and I have been attending a parent/kid kung fu class for almost two years now. It's been great and continues to be. Sibok, the instructor, is very very good with kids, he's incredibly patient and keeps the kids engaged and interested. I can't wait to have more free time so that I can take more classes!
I started my kickboxing classes 5 months ago. I had never practiced it before and now I just can't stop. I love the ambience, people are really welcoming and friendly. Sibok is a great instructor, he's patient and he's really concerned about his students to improve every day. He takes his time to get sure everybody is doing fine. He's a pro! What of the things I love the most from the school is that the Patenaude team also offers training camps, conferences, and fight nights. It's really exciting. These people are really passionate about their job...Tough training! Nice environment! I recommend it 100% :)
