I would love to share my positive experience with my son’s martial arts coach Martin. His dedication and expertise have not only improved my son’s skills but also instilled discipline and confidence in him. Martin is very patient with the kids and has a creative learning environment that makes each session enjoyable. My son really loves going there and he made many friends. Patenaude martial Arts will teach you to set goals and help you strive to surpass them. Whether it is self-defense, weight loss, fitness in general, training for a fight you will find what you are looking for. Sibok, The head instructor spans 40+ years of practical and teaching experience and it is a privilege to train under him. The training is what will male you interested but the welcoming and fun student group will help nurture that desire to come back week after week. Patenaude martial arts makes you dare to dream and then gives you the tools to achieve these dreams and beyond!

Fantastic Martial Arts school! I began coming here with my daughter last year as a way to spend quality time and to learn a new skill. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. I’m in much better shape now than I have been in years and have a lot more energy and focus. Sibok is a dedicated teacher who will encourage and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Everyone in the school is respectful and welcoming. Strongly recommend for all ages, my only regret is not starting earlier.

My daughter and I have been attending a parent/kid kung fu class for almost two years now. It's been great and continues to be. Sibok, the instructor, is very very good with kids, he's incredibly patient and keeps the kids engaged and interested. I can't wait to have more free time so that I can take more classes!

I started my kickboxing classes 5 months ago. I had never practiced it before and now I just can't stop. I love the ambience, people are really welcoming and friendly. Sibok is a great instructor, he's patient and he's really concerned about his students to improve every day. He takes his time to get sure everybody is doing fine. He's a pro! What of the things I love the most from the school is that the Patenaude team also offers training camps, conferences, and fight nights. It's really exciting. These people are really passionate about their job...Tough training! Nice environment! I recommend it 100% :)
