I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Natalie, and I can confidently say it was one of the most professional and effective bodywork sessions I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calming, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to encourage relaxation. Natalie took the time to ask about my specific needs, any problem areas, and my general comfort preferences before we began. That attention to detail set the tone for the entire session. Throughout the massage, Natalie demonstrated an exceptional understanding of anatomy and pressure application. I appreciated how she checked in without disrupting the flow, ensuring the pressure was always just right. I’ll definitely be returning!!

The spa was fantastic. There was a little scheduling issue but the staff took care of that for us and Celeste was wonderful and so helpful and knowledgeable. Our massage therapists were the same- friendly, helpful, and work magic with their hands. I truly had one of the best massage im a while. The spa rooms were serene and clean . There was a co ed lounge where you could chill out . You do get two complimentary drinks . I wish the spa was bigger with more lounging area . The jacuzzi was a bit small I think only 3-5 could fit in it and it would be a tight squeeze. I never found the steam room unless that doubled as a shower. Overall it was really worth it for the personalization and quality of the services . I agree that this place is a gem !!! So nice to have spa like this in Houston! The hotel was also gorgeous although we did not stay here. I heard there is a black swan nightclub as well . We also got to meet some adorable swans! They look well cared for and I hope they are ! and

This hotel and spa is a hidden gem! I had an awesome experience. My best friend booked the massage and spa on my birthday. The masseuse, Natalie, was awesome!. I felt so comfortable and relaxed afterwards!. Hands down the best massage I ever had! I also got a complimentary cocktail and sweet treat for my birthday:) The facials was great too. They had a sauna, indoor mini pool, and access to the patio and outdoor pool and gym too. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would be back with my friends ☺️😍.

I was gifted a 60 minute massage and a rejuvenation facial and I enjoyed both. My therapist Natalie was very warm and kind. She reassured me of her credentials and experience and took extra time in areas where I was experiencing the most tension. I was a few minutes late so I wasn’t able to experience the full benefits of my 60 min massage so I recommend coming 10-15 mins early. It’s probably worth investing at least 90 mins for a massage to reap the full benefits. Celeste performed my facial and it was truly one of the best treatments I’ve ever received. My face was visibly glowing when I left and I felt renewed. The facility itself is very relaxing. Comfortable robes and slides, dim lighting, meditation music, infused water. It’s worth spending the day at this facility which is open to those who book appointments until 6pm. I will 100% be rebooking.

So listen, not to offend anyone but I was highly skeptical of a male therapist for a massage. As a married male it just seemed weird. But that was the only appointment available, and the the only place that had availability on Saturday 2/4. Wow! Was I impressed. Clean facility, spacious locker room, extremely nice staff, and the massage was relaxing. My therapist while a male, was of the upmost professionalism. I never felt uncomfortable, or in a manner that would make me think like I wanted to get up and leave. Highly recommend.
