I am very glad that I went through Monson. Tom is responsive, understanding and always willing to discuss things through with you. I went through many different landscapers and a majority of them don’t take the time to go over the details with you. It’s like they expect you to just know and accept their proposals with no input. Tom took a lot of time to answer my questions and concerns. Communication is key especially when your shelling out thousands of dollars. Yes, there were bidders who had came up with a slightly lower bid but I’m happy to pay a little more and know that someone will always get back to me. The landscapers were polite, showed up early and did their best not to become a distraction. Shout out to Nick and the crew. We love the look of our retaining wall and have already got multiple comments about how great it looks. Go with Monson and you will not be disappointed.
