Absolutely amazing doesn’t start to describe my daughter’s experience. The team were attentive and caring, especially Caitlin who not only made a teenagers dream come true with her ultimate hair makeover but also always explaining what she was doing and reassuring her through out the process. Can not recommend then highly enough and definitely will be coming back.

This is a beautiful salon, such an incredible atmosphere, you feel so relaxed. All the staff are excellent, they make you feel so welcome. Aaron cut my hair and styled it beautiful . Highly recommend Mooi. Catherine M

I never leave reviews, but this whole team deserves it. A first time client of them, but it looks like I'm going to keep coming back. They truly go above and beyond. Service was great, products were catered to my needs, conversations were amazing. The whole team is professional, skilled, and so totally worth it!

I’ve been searching for the perfect salon for 6 years, and I’ve finally found my place! Everyone at Mooi has such a beautiful soul, so kind, welcoming, and genuine. I live with anxiety, yet from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The salon itself is stunning, and every part of my experience was amazing. I left feeling not only beautiful on the outside, but lighter and happier on the inside too.

This salon is too overwhelming and spends too much energy trying to sell products. Their haircut wasn’t what I had in mind and was too choppy for me. I felt talked down to by the stylist and not listened too. The way my hair was cut before also got critiqued even though I think that stylist did a much better job. I don’t think they paid enough attention to the theme I was trying to go with and didn’t discuss enough about how to incorporate the photos I showed with my hair texture and face shape. I obviously don’t expect exactly what I show in images, they are just for reference which was lost at Mooi. Instead I feel like I had my hair cut from a shopping centre salon in the 1990s. I won’t be going back. Also note this is not the same name as used on the booking, this is not a fake review.
