Fast, expert, professional service at a reasonable price. My laptop hard drive problem was fixed the same day I dropped off. So glad I stayed local and went to Morning Star.

I would highly recommend John and Morning Star Computer Services. I had an issue with my computer that was urgent and I really appreciated him not only fixing my computer but getting me in right away! Thanks for all the help, and I'll be sure to come back if I have any issues in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I contracted them to build my a computer. We got my parts list and I paid up front. A thousand bucks. DONE DEAL...right?....NOPE!! I went to pick it up and it had a DIFFERENT and CHEAPER motherboard in it. He did this without contacting me or offering a price change for the cheaper motherboard. I said no. I want the motherboard I paid for!!. Way better and faster PLUS I paid for it. John, the technician explained that it didn't fit in the case!!!LOL. I told him that he then had to get a different case and to first contact me before he made ANY changes to the parts list that I had already paid for. So he tells me its ready for a second time and I go back to pick it up and AGAIN a cheaper smaller motherboard and SAME case. At this point I was ready to freak out. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and looked up the motherboard and again it was much cheaper and slower. The next day I requested a full refund and was done. For some reason this idiot wanted to change the motherboard INSTEAD of their stupid "morning star" case which is just plain incompetence when it comes to computer building AND incompetence business wise. You do not have customers pay for the item and then give them something different. That is fraud. If you ever go to this place do not work with John. He is either incompetent or out to rip you off. My parts list included a 6 core processor with an azuz motherboard. I took my grand and went to microcenter and got 8 cores and great motherboard for UNDER $1,000!!! The irony in all this is right when I walked in the door the secretary told my payment on delivery but after gathering a parts list with john HE wanted money up front when in the end I was the one getting ripped off and requesting a full refund!! This place is a joke don't EVER go there for a custom computer. Other people that worked there also new what my situation with john was and nothing was done. However, they do other computer related things like networking and virus removal. Can't say how they are in that department but I would NEVER go there for anything computer related.
