Overall, they did a fantastic job packing up our household goods and minimizing any damages as they made their way across the ocean. They communicated well and most of the packers took their time to ensure everything was packed properly. Our minimal complaints were: 1) Ben, who came to do a very detailed and thorough inspection of the house, did not share any of those details with the packing team and they came unprepared with the packing supplies necessary to make more progress on the first day - which delayed the load day. 2) They were told to not put anything inside the vehicle when loading but they put several things inside the vehicle that made it incredibly difficult to open the back when the battery had been removed. 3) One of the packers was a bit more careless and threw random things into boxes that took up more space than necessary like this single small lamp by itself in a large box. Despite those minor issues, I would highly recommend Motivated Movers for your moving needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best moving experience we’ve ever had — hands down. We cannot say enough good things about Grant, Yagger, Braden, and Ben. From the moment they arrived, they got straight to work — no delays, no wasted time, no breaks. They were fast, efficient, respectful, and genuinely kind the entire move. We were expecting three movers but were pleasantly surprised with four, and they still managed to fit everything perfectly, work quickly, and handle our belongings with real care. Every item was placed exactly where it needed to go, and what truly stood out was that they did multiple walkthroughs with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it — even offering to move things again if we changed our minds. As a military family that has moved at least 11 times, we can confidently say this was the best moving crew we have ever had. Their professionalism, teamwork, attitude, and attention to detail were exceptional. We wish we could have tipped more on the spot — but please know this review comes with our highest recommendation. If bonuses are tied to reviews, every one of these guys deserves it. If you’re considering this company, request Grant, Yagger, Braden, and Ben. You will not be disappointed.
Our movers, Nick and Leon were absolutely amazing. Despite being on the 3rd floor with no elevator and all we had left to move were the big heavy pieces, they had an awesome attitude and they handled it like pros! I would HIGHLY recommend using Motivated Movers. The cost was by far the most affordable and they were prompt (actually a couple minutes early). We definitely plan to use them for the next move! Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!
I had an excellent experience with Motivated Movers! The team was actually very motivated… After speaking with the office for a local move estimate, I booked a 3-person team, and based on my previous experiences with other businesses in town, Motivated Movers’ quote was very accurate. The team was organized, they kept a good pace the entire time, and were considerate when placing my belongings into the new location. I felt that Motivated Movers was a ‘true’ moving business, knows what it takes to position a family for a successful move, and does a good job screening their team members. If I end up moving again, I would definitely use Motivated Movers; for now, I highly recommend them!
