I recently switched to Moxie, as my original exterminator was purchased by a big company, and they are now horrible! Anyway, Jonathan came out today for my first service. He was great! He did an excellent job of going over EVERYTHING with me. The whole experience has been really nice. Even from the first phone call, I think Alicia? answered when I called in, and I got transferred to Zach in sales. They were just so nice & helpful, and they made me feel like they really care about my pest control! I’ve mentioned previously on Google Reviews, that it’s harder & harder to find good customer service these days. Moxie definitely has it!
We’ve been using Moxie for a few years now and have been happy with the service. They are great with communication and always help out if we need them between our quarterly visits. We had Jeff service our home today and he went above and beyond with service and professionalism.

Very enjoyable to work with. He listened to our concerns but also went out of his way to explain what he found and what to look out for. Would recommend!!
