Carl did a fabulous job explaining and performing my initial service. Moxie pest control is less expensive than their larger-named competitors and both of the young men I interacted with were extremely professional and made it seem to me that Moxie was motivated to get my business through exemplary performance and customer service. They also perform more services (for less) than my previous company. The over-and-above include flea and tick treatment for 30 feet, and an insect wipe of the exterior mostly for annoying spider/webs and wasps. The underside of my porch looks great. Carl was nice enough to give a quick brush to the interior of my garage. See the photos below. I had Dairini today, and she was excellent as well. I continue to be impressed with this company!! 1/13/26 Cameron came out today and did a great job identifying and beginning the process of mitigating my rodent problem. Very knowledgeable and not shy about getting into and inspecting tight spaces that I wouldn't have thought to, or even have been able to check. My rating for Moxie remains 5 stars!!

Adrian showed up this time and did a much more thorough job than any of the previous technicians. He spent about 3X as much time and was busy the entire time. Moxie would do well to encourage other employees to model his performance and customer service. Bravo Adrian!

DO NOT USE My bf and I used this pest control company and they installed mouse proof insulation in the attic, costing $12k. During the installation a worker put his foot through the living room ceiling leaving a hole. It was a hassle to get them to organize someone to repair the hole and they only painted half the ceiling once the hole was fixed, leaving the room ceiling noticeably two different shades. They provided zero discount or compensation for the damage. They also insisted we needed termite traps outside despite having a concrete house foundation. When they came for their yearly termite inspection, we told them we didn’t want to renew. They charged us $500 anyway for the next year of traps. We called about this and they said if we didn’t want to renew they would have to come remove the traps. We said that was fine. They refused to refund us for the upcoming year of service despite scheduling a time to come remove the traps and thus us not utilizing the service we were charged for. Overall super shady company that’s just out to take people’s money and provide only headaches.

Connor did an amazing job! I had some questions that he answered expertly. And we had a new wasp problem that he took care of. I haven’t been around for most of Moxie’s visits but if you’re around, you really appreciate what they do and the thought they put into their job. And they’re very personable too, much more into customer service than most companies in this field. Highly recommended!

Adrian was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about the process and I appreciated that he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder and answering my questions so I could understand the process better and know what to expect. As to the work outside the home he was respectful of my property and left a detailed layout of the work he did. Thank you Adrian for your professional service!
