Very good gym. For those complaining about the phone, they do not have a secretary. It's hard to answer the phone and train people. Also, if you go by the gym and no one is there then leave a note. They have other obligations so sometimes they are not there. I remember one week the gym was closed because they had to go to something called in-service.

I've come here for years. You have to show up to know the hours of operations. I don't think it's this building but the one next to it where the gym is located. Usually early evening they are open. The gym is not bad and their coaches are great. Don't get frustrated if they dont answer the phone. Just keep showing up. Its worth the work to get in the gym and know the coaches. They have an fb page.

The website says it is open 10:00 Am until 5:00 pm we came at 1:20 pm on Monday, and the doors are all locked. No one answers the phone and the building looks shady run down. Not reliable at all. This is what we can expect from the MPD?
