Needed a handle repaired on my Thermador refrigerator. They sent a repairman, but he said he would need to come back with another repairman (he didn’t feel confident doing it) and he needed to order a screw. Wish the CSR told me they were not confident it could be fixed or at least sent an experienced technician. Estimate given was $450. Paid $160 for him to tell me he couldn’t fix it that day (total time: 15 min). If you have a high-end appliance, just get it fixed the first time with a trained authorized dealer.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Adem out to our house for appliance repair and he is fantastic. So professional, normal, and shoots you straight. He’s even been out to my mom’s house at our recommendation as well! We’re loyal Mr. Appliance folks, thanks Adem!
