I seldom write reviews, but when a business deserves recognition for quality and service I feel obligated to get the word out that this Car Wash is Number One. The attendants (Mark and Robert) are always there to assist customers that may experience difficulties with the self service car wash bays. In fact, on two separate occasions both Mark and Robert have comped me a wash because of a mechanical problem that occurred at one of the car wash bays. Additionally, Mr. Fancy Pants management and employees take pride in the cleanliness of the facility, quality of the car wash products they use, and the attentiveness to problems that may arise. All this to say, they do what it takes to keep customers satisfied and coming back. In my opinion, this business is certainly deserving of a 5 Star review!

Great day to be a Fancy Pants. The line moved quickly and we got right in to hand wash my little Elantra. Customer service here is always top notch, especially with Mark on duty. He answered our questions, made himself available and handled us with a smile and some jokes. Great guy. This is my second time and I have to say the first time I had my doubts but after having had Mark help us out I’m sold on washing my cars exclusively at Mr. Fancy Pants on Saratoga. Thank goodness because with six cars I need a place I can trust. Clean, friendly, and fancy. That’s how I’m living. See you soon!

Extremely Disappointed – Damaged My Truck on First Visit I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this car wash, and I feel obligated to warn others—especially those with larger vehicles. This was my first time using this touchless car wash, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Despite being advertised as “touchless,” the clearance and alignment required to avoid damage is extremely unforgiving. The design seems poorly thought out for anything other than small sedans. I followed the instructions carefully, but my truck was still damaged during the wash process. After inspecting the area, I noticed multiple scuff marks and scrapes on the panels of the washer frame—a strong indication that I’m not the first person this has happened to. When I brought the damage to the owner’s attention, they completely refused to accept responsibility, even though there’s visible evidence of repeated contact with other vehicles. I understand accidents happen, but the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from management is unacceptable. If you drive a truck or SUV, I strongly urge you to stay away. The margin for error is razor-thin, and the risk of damage is not worth it—especially when the business won’t stand behind its service.

Mr. Robert was courteous and helpful for us who didn’t know how to use the machines. He fixed one of the vacuum hose as well because the suction was not working. Then he showed us the steps on how to do the self help car wash. Basically need to rinse first then soap up then rinse again if just want basic washing. We found we needed to do the soap with brush cause our car is pretty sandy. Just turn the dial on the wall unit to choose what you need. It takes credit card. Thanks Mr. Robert.

This is the second touchless carwash in town and I was genuinely excited to try it since I saw this place is 24 hours and my boss hated me this week and scheduled me PM shifts. There were people there using the self service but I wanted to try the touchless drive through. I have a membership with another carwash facility that's not touchless and I am paranoid that every time I'm going through it is scratching my paint. It's also not open 24 hours. The wash kiosk to pay here is very much like gas stations but instead of your standard robot voice, it's a person's voice recording which was funny to me maybe because I was sleep deprived. I chose the one right above the lowest and the wash process was therapeutic. The blowers are lacking because my car still had a lot of water on it as I left. I had a bird go poo poo on my car and that was the biggest dirty spot in the car. It didn't get rid of all of it, but I think that's something you should prewash before you go through an automated drive through. I went to the vacuum area which I was also excited about but ended up not using it because I was too confused on what to do for a regular vacuum. Again, probably because I was sleep deprived. After looking at the picture I took, it had very clear instructions to press a vacuum only button. It is neat that there was an option for carpet cleaning but I didn't see an air hose for detailing which I've come to rely on, or cloths to wipe down the car. I was a little disappointed here for my own purposes, but I can see how this is a great little spot with some potential to out perform the national names. If this place had a membership, I would switch simply because of the touchless car wash and vacuums. There are things to improve, but if they start doing memberships I'll be back. ***Update**" Five stars. I needed to rinse sand off my car before taking it into a car wash and was not having any luck with other places on my way back home from the beach. I remembered that this place for sure had working equipment bc I saw several people using it when I was last here. Not only was it working, but it had a very powerful high pressure spray and I was able to use my credit card and only for the amount of time I needed. Paid less than $1.50. I saw that they had someone outside in case anyone needed help. This is a little gem.
