Terrible experience. Damage done to our home and no one will call to make it right. We have paused $18,000 worth of work due to the lack of communication. We accepted a quote for new windows, new gutters, new roof, a new back door, and a new front storm door. Damage in the kitchen ceiling that a representative tried to say was “vibrational damage” so it took me going into the attic to show him the damage. No word yet on how Mr. Roof is going to make this right. As soon as we signed the paperwork the communication fell off. We have requested to speak with a manager there multiple times to no avail. We will be directing everyone we know to stay away.

Brandon did the estimate, the Valenzuela crew did the work. The crew showed up at 0700 ready to replace our roof. No slacking up in this crew! They covered the ground around the house with tarps to contain the waste, cleaned up after the job was complete- have not found one nail that they missed. They never took a break, very short lunch and worked until after 8 p.m. If you’re looking for a crew to do a job- I strongly recommend these folks. Thanks to Mr. Roof for hiring people who work to get the job done.

Just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Brandon Mandrel from MR. ROOF this week. He had come by to check out possible hail damage and look at a gutter issue from a roof they had installed several years ago. He spent over 2 hours in the hot sun resolving the issue rather creatively. He was professional and courteous but I considered what he did above the call of duty. I have already shared my experience with friends and will continue to recommend MR. ROOF going forward. Ron

Update I just paid off my credit for the roof they did. IM so upset! the leak they said they would fix still leaks and the 11k a waste! Don't trust them please. They will lie and smooth talk you into a roof whether you need it or not. Plus they will even stay till the street lights come on and work in the pitch of night without and work on your roof just to get to your roof and mess you over the next day. Mr. Roof lied to me and basically took my money. DONT TRUST THEM UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE EXCELLENT LIARS! *************** Well trained sales people. Excellent conversationalist across the board. Great American company working to grow their business with your hard earned money. I posted pics a while back if anyone wants to see my project. Mr. Roof knew they messed up my project. It wasn't on purpose, I hope, but Mr Roof wanted to do right by me so they asked how they could make it right. What I wanted them to do was start all over, the right thing they should have done, but I told them I would settle for a $$-amount credit. They ASKED ME how to make it right. My reply wasn't a lot considering they bragged about how huge the company was. I had already paid them in full so the amount I replied with didn't have anything with me not being able to pay. Mr. Roof, with their excellent people skills, then told me basically they could not afford my credit amount. I guess they felt i didn't work hard for my money! Mr. Roof still wanted to do something to make themselves feel better... But didn't care if I felt any justice. So I wanted to make them feel better about the crap they did to me and I settled for the crumb and spray paint apology. Nice people, always on time, excellent salesmen, just be ready to keep your eye on the whole project yourself and look at the actual shingles they bring to your house the day of project. I just pray I don't have to bother them about anything to do with the roof they through up. Just wish they had never asked me what I wanted to make things right. I had already paid them their money in full so why play games with me. Nice people though.

They replaced my roof in a timely manner for a fair price. After receiving 4 different quotes we decided to go with Mr. Roof and I couldn’t be happier. When it rains we don’t have to worry about a leaky roof anymore 😊! The sales rep was very efficient and the workers were courteous. I never felt pressured into signing a contract. Overall it was an excellent experience and if I need help with my roof again I will return! Thanks for a great experience.
