The Mula Yoga studio is always bright and clean and all of the teachers I've had classes with so far have made yoga feel very approachable especially for me as a beginner. I've really enjoyed winding down for the evening with the Yin classes that Stella teaches. She is incredibly warm and welcoming and does such a great job of reminding us all that rest and recovery is important.
