I really enjoy attending yoga classes at Oha. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, and the instructors are attentive and welcoming. I especially appreciate the overall atmosphere and the small group classes, which make the experience feel more personal. They also provide yoga mats, which is a very convenient touch.
Great studio in Liberty Village. The studio is very cozy and I really enjoy the classes. The evening restorative and yin classes in particular are so relaxing. Love the instructors, playlist, and soft candle lighting. Highly recommend!!
This was me and my partner’s first time coming to the Sunday evening class, and we had Franzi. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming. The environment had such beautiful, calming energy, and it truly set the tone for the entire class. This was one of the best restorative classes I’ve ever taken — and I’ve taken many. She’s an amazing instructor, and guiding a class clearly comes very naturally to her. Thank you so much for such a grounding, peaceful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Amazing!! The vibe at this studio is so calm and grounded. Instructors are knowledgeable and give good modifications when needed. I like that class sizes are small, sometimes studios are so packed with people it is difficult to really feel present in the moment. I have done classes with instructors Monica and Amanda and both are wonderful. I am new to OHA Wellness, but so far, I am really enjoying this studio. Classic yoga without trying to make it everything else like some other places.
I have been going to a variety of yoga classes at Oha the past couple months and have enjoyed every single one! Each instructor puts so much care into the classes and puts their own personal touches into the yoga practice. There is a great variety of classes depending on your mood and I always leave the studio feeling refreshed and relaxed. The studio space is warm and inviting and the dimmed lighting and lack of mirrors creates an environment where you can challenge yourself and really go inward in your practice. Romika and Amanda’s yoga/pilates classes are great on the days you want more of a challenge. Avinash, Virginie and Monica’s flow and yin classes provide balance and clarity. Love this studio!
