I loved Fiona's Vinyasa Flow class, was a wonderful experience, the way she leads her class is wonderful, it was exactly what my body and mind needed. She's truly an experience teacher. I will coma back for sure! The space is super lovely and invites you to relax and be present, selfcare time for sure.
I did the aromatherapy yin yoga class on a Friday evening and what a lovely way to end a long week! Riva’s class was calming and brought me back to my body and the present. The pace was great and allowed me to really lean into the stretches and poses. I left feeling a little lighter. Would definitely take this class again!
I had an excellent experience in Riva Banh's Yin & Aromatherapy class. It was a genuinely relaxing and restorative session. I came into class feeling quite unwell with a persistent headache and was feeling nauseated (likely due to barometric pressure changes). The atmosphere, combined with the gentle practice and use of aromatherapy, provided exactly the relief I needed. By the end of the class, I felt significantly more relaxed, and my headache was very much relieved. I highly recommend Riva's class, especially if you are looking for a deep unwind or some therapeutic calm.
I’ve been attending Bibi’s classes for over 5 years now and she is truly one of the best teachers in the city. Her classes focus on the breath and a mind body connection. She invites us to focus inward and feel the poses rather than seek an expectation. Her classes leave me feeling amazing. Grounded, calm, and capable to handle whatever challenges life may present. I can’t recommend Bibi’s classes more highly! Thanks for everything you’ve taught our community of yogis!
