Had a pediatric peri-area problem, and as a single dad of a spitfire 4 year-old-girl it’s to discern how serious things are on parts I don’t have. Even with the delicate nature of the location of our problem, the staff and Dr Tom were so incredibly supportive, reassuring, and absolutely professional. It turned out to be a minor scratch in a very tender area, but the staff treated the situation with such care and attention. The Shoreline Indigo is definitely a great place for everything urgent-even things that are far more urgent to the patient regardless of medical severity. They treated us with compassion and understanding then educated us so that we left with a treatment plan we all understood. Thank you Dr. Tom and your crew! Top notch service. Will return for the next round of emergencies.

Friendly staff! The nurse practitioner on duty, Kyle, was incredibly patient and kind with my son. He needed stitches on his knee and was really scared at first.. we’d had a rough experience at another hospital in the past. Kyle was gentle, reassuring, and so careful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the care. Thank you!

They were the only place open on Christmas Day. Very grateful to the fabulous staff for their kindness and care today. Getting sick doesn’t limit itself to days that aren’t Holidays. Also they provided follow up care, advice, a prescription, and didn’t just send us out the door again with nothing. I’ve had great experiences at IndigoCare twice now, here and the West Seattle clinic. Absolutely better, and less expensive, than the other place we went at Northgate recently.

My visit was excellent. Starting with reception who was welcoming and friendly and very helpful. I got in quite quickly. My x-ray was on site with immediate results and I saw the practitioner very quickly. I felt well taken care of and was sent home with what I needed. Great health care.

Hi my name is jose soledad. Indigo ""Urgent care""? I got stung by a honey bee, and my hand was swollen like crazy, something I would like to mention is that I have zero tolerance for pain. On 8/14/25, I attended the Indigo urget care location in 45th 118 NE 45th St Suite A, Seattle, WA 98105 around 10:50am . I was told the next available appointment is 3:45pm. then I was redirected to the location of North, located at 20120 Ballinger Way NE, Shoreline, WA 98155 I got Admited 11:45. I was admitted in almost immediately, while in the clinic I requested pain medicine that never came to me. Note: appointment is needed if you are In need to be seen earlier. Oh yes, hey, you know I am predicting that I'm going to be stung by a bee, so let's schedule an appointment for 10:50 am shall we?. this review is specifically for this visit only.
