There diagnosis was to replace a speed sensor to fix problemas for $774 . The problem was no fixed. They refuse to provide me the old part that was Just replaced or lower the payment price since the problem was no fixed. They ask close to 6k more to rebuild the trasmisión and offer to lower the price if I pay with cash. I'm taking my vehicle to another shop for second opinión. I have no doubt now that the trasmisió is due to be rebuild but why the didn't tell me that from the begining ?

For any girlies who know nothing about cars and could very easily be scammed by shops looking to take advantage of that - Multistate Transmission is you safe space!! Even though the issue with my car wasn’t something they were able to work on (as it wasn’t a transmission issue) Venny and his team walked me through exactly what was wrong, showed me examples of what it was supposed to look like, and made sure I was fully informed. They provided rides home for anyone leaving their car for the free diagnostic, and they took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable (though there was no reason to worry as every employee was very respectful) and I just want to put word out there that if you are looking for a place that actually cares about its customer Multistate is the way to go!!
