We took our truck in several times. I don't suggest using this business!!! We were lucky to make it home from Albuquerque, after he worked on our transmission before we left. Upon calling him, once we got back....he had every excuse as to what probably happened and none of it was his fault!!! Of course. We spent alot of money with him!!! Don't advise using this business!!!

I brought my car in thinking I might have a small transmission leak while my husband was at work. Right away, Venny and Ruben made me feel heard and well taken care of - Ruben even gave me a courtesy ride home since I was on my own. After thorough review, my transmission checked out and they referred me to a place for the actual issue they suspected. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind people. We hope to avoid any transmission issues down the road, but if/when we do, we know where to go!

I am so thankful for these guys. They fixed what needed fixed on our Silverado and when we had an issue after, close to the warranty period, they stuck by their work and fixed it again!! Benny and the guys that worked on it are life savers, and gave our family a bigger blessing than they know. Your kindness and ability to fix our truck is unmatched and we are so thankful.

I thought I was having transmission issues. They said they do free inspections, which I found hard to believe. It turns out my transmission was fine and they let me know I had issues with my water pump and my turbo. And they didn't even charge me for that evaluation. Wow! They deserve the highest recommendation that I have ever given to any auto service center. If you suspect your having issues with your transmission I recommend you see Multistate first. They are honest and they are experts. In my 65 years I have never had a place amaze me like they did. Super, super kudos and thank you. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to deal with these professional, honest mechanics. Even though it wasn’t the best news about my car’s transmission, the news was nevertheless delivered honestly and thoughtfully, and that was so appreciated.
