I’m not a fan of going to the gym, but the staff at MuV Fitness in the Valley make it easier to show up! Emma at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. She’s kind, patient, and happy to help. Her smile brightens my day! Dan on the floor has an abundance of knowledge and has been able to help me loose weight and become stronger. He’s worked with my fibromyalgia and disabilities and helped get me on a personalized fitness routine. He's helped me take control over my nutrition as well. I am very happy with what joining MuV Fitness has done for me!

Just toured Müv Fitness in Spokane and I’m genuinely impressed. Cailey at the front desk was awesome from the start. She took her time giving us what felt like a full grand tour and made sure we didn’t miss a single amenity. Everything was explained clearly, no rush, no pressure, just good energy and real pride in the place. The gym itself is first class. Super clean, modern, and honestly beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and the amenities. By the end of the tour, it was hard not to feel excited and motivated to get a membership. Huge shoutout to Cailey for making the experience feel welcoming and worth it. Müv Fitness definitely stands out.

The gym is great, and the hydro massage is wonderful. But the kids play area is the best part. They have an indoor play set, and very nice staff who will supervise your kids up to 12 years old. This is vital for me to have as a homeschooling Ma. We’ve joined other gyms that don’t have as much for kids to do, or won’t watch beyond a certain age. So this is worth every penny.

My husband and I have been going to Muv in the valley for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about this gym! From how clean they keep the place to how positive all the employees are🙌🏼 they have plenty of options for whatever your gym needs are. Even on their busiest of days, I can find something to do. One of the main reasons we chose this gym was because they have childcare. Raquel in the childcare room is so unbelievably great with kids! She is always so welcoming and kind to each and every kid that walks into the room. I’ve had previous interactions with other gym daycares and was not impressed. But Raquel at Muv in Spokane Valley deserves a raise! If you are looking for a personal trainer, Dan is one of a kind! He will push you and ensure your goals are met! I highly recommend him🙌🏼 I will continue to recommended Muv to everyone I know! Keep it up guys🙌🏼 -The Hickeys

I love this location, every time I walk in I am greeted with high energy and multiple employees excited to see that I'm there. Which is great because half the time I don't want to be there. It is very welcoming and it makes me glad I came every time. I have also decided to utilize there option to have a personal trainer through muv. My personal trainer is Brandon, he is always fun and full of energy and very motivating (which i need, and why I got a personal trainer to begin with) I watch him and all the staff try to motivate everyone around them... which I think is important while in the gym; being someone who stuggles to maintain consistency. The high energy is much needed. The staff is always willing to help and assist with anything in my experience. So Thank you Brandin and Muv Fitness!! Keep up the good work! Motivating the unmotivated is a great quality! And I am here for it!
