Training here will give you a great workout with a positive atmosphere suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. I'm a big guy and in the two months I've been going to the twice weekly trainings (sometimes I make it to the Wednesday HIIT workout as well.) I've noticed both weight loss and an increase in my physicality in my work and activities outside the gym. I'm also getting better at hitting things hard. So... I 100% recommend joining this gym if you're interested in learning to box and getting fit.

My family and I are fairly new to the team but we love it. He has managed to get two of my children that had no interest in sports up and moving and now they are excited for every Monday and Thursday. My husband hopes to fight on his team but I’m hear for a killer workout and to push myself to the limits. It’s only been 2 maybe 3 weeks and I’ve already gotten stronger, more coordinated, and more confident. I’ve never punched anything before coming in here and now I get compliments on my form. It feels like a big family everyone’s so excited to help out they all cheer for each other. We highly recommend this gym and tell all of our friends about it.

We have been going to Legacy Boxing since the beginning of the year. We originally signed our son up to help boost his confidence due to bullying at school. Within a few weeks of the program, our son was showing amazing signs of his confidence boosting. He even decided to try out for the competition fight team! We also signed up our 7 year old daughter, she comes to classes 4 days a week and plans to join the competing team when she turns 8. These classes have taught our kids so much in the past 6 months and have changed our kids lives for the better! The classes are full of structure but also fun, you learn something new each day of the week! Legacy really has a sense of commitment, hard work, great characteristics and a great community.
