He took care of our 14-year-old gas water heater that suddenly started leaking on a Sunday morning, right as we were on our way out for our kids’ sports game. It was the first time we had to deal with this type of problem, so we simply Googled plumbing and heating services in Calgary and were lucky to decide to go with Neptune. Logan arrived in short notice, fully prepared with all the necessary tools and a replacement water tank just in case, and he resolved the issue, we were stressed about and had no idea how to resolve, within 3 hours.
