I can't praise Chad enough for all the times he's saved out backsides. With his thorough inspection, friendly and professional demeanor, it started out as a simple leak and wax seal failure, we opted for a toilet replacement. Because of his professionalism and presence, we further replaced two additional toilets requesting him specifically. Thank you, Chad, for the prompt response, quick turnaround, transparency of work and cost, and professionalism!

We bought a new washing machine and when we disconnected the hoses the taps on the wall were leaking. Neptune was able to send someone out the next morning before the new machine was delivered. Riley was awesome!! He was a great communicator and explained every step. Easy to talk to. Office team was also very professional and helpful.

We couldn’t be happier with the level of service. Special thank you to Logan! He took care of our 14-year-old gas water heater that suddenly started leaking on a Sunday morning, right as we were on our way out for our kids’ sports game. It was the first time we had to deal with this type of problem, so we simply Googled plumbing and heating services in Calgary and were lucky to decide to go with Neptune. Logan arrived in short notice, fully prepared with all the necessary tools and a replacement water tank just in case, and he resolved the issue, we were stressed about and had no idea how to resolve, within 3 hours. Definitely recommend! Logan is an amazing professional!

I found Neptune in my community newsletter, and after checking their website I decided to try them. Their expert technician Logan C. was a fantastic individual to deal with. He was punctual and knowledgeable (dealing with both my plumbing and furnace issues at the same time, so clearly a expert in the trades!), and the prices offered for his services were more than fair. I am very confident in his workmanship- and the company as a whole- that I will be contacting him/Neptune when I get my hot water tank replaced in the future

I recently had my furnace serviced after it has stopped working on me. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from the Neptune technicians (Scott K and his partner). They conducted a meticulous inspection of the entire system, identified the issue and what needs to be done, gave me clear explanation of the parts needed and the associated cost. Just honest, upfront pricing and excellent value for the service provided. Repair was handled with precision. They left the workspace spotless and treated my home with respect.
