I’ve used Star Car Wash – Canberra Centre twice now and both times the service was very good. The staff were professional and friendly, and my car was cleaned nicely each visit. Convenient location and consistent results. Happy to use them again and would recommend this car wash.

I wasn’t happy that they throw out my windshield shades and damaged my car’s mat. I paid all most 300AUD for the full service and they didn’t care to unattached the mat properly. My advice is never take your car there.

Paid $65 dollars for a wash on my Ute. They missed key spots and the car is still overall quite dirty. I’ve had good experiences with star before but I wouldn’t go back to this one. Definitely not worth the money.

Paid them $99 for a star polish, had a quick look at home and found dirt residue everywhere, muddy water dripping and watermarks on the windows. I had to wipe the car around myself before it got dried up. Not a very pleasant experience. Make sure you take the car out in the sun or bright lights to inspect then and there and have them fix their short comings.
