I wish I could gatekeep this spot! This is hands down the absolute best manicure experience I’ve ever had! Julia is the best! You have officially made a life long client out of me. This is also the first time I have seen a salon offer custom press ons. I’m in heaven.

I’m just going to be honest. I’m annoyed because for the the price for a removal of gel x and regular gel manicure which is approximately 100 dollars, tip not included, the result and experience is really disappointing. The result: you can see in my left hand ring finger the messy application of gel around the cuticle compared to the other nails. On my right hand you can see my middle finger has the same problem of a messy gel application around the cuticle compared to the rest of the nails. The experience: My nail tech did not use a nail dust collector meanwhile the customer and nail tech next to me did use a dust collector. This caused so much dust flying everywhere that we are all breathing in. I believe a dust collector is necessary to any removal of nail extension and application. My nail tech did not wear gloves whereas the other nail tech next to us, did use gloves. I would not mind this if she did not start spreading the gel polish on my skin while applying the nail polish, which she did. The application of the gel was messy; there was red gel on my finger tips and even my hand. Other nail salons I have been to didn’t have such messy application. The staff have a communication issue where they don’t communicate where products and tools are, so they are just scrambling around the store, grabbing tools and products, along the way for almost every step in the appointment including soaking my nails off to even struggling to find the base and top coat. The store is very disorganized so this was honestly not surprising but still disappointing. There appears to be a language barrier between the staff members. My nail tech seemed to be an intern at this salon because she did not know where anything was and had to ask the nail tech next to me. This is concerning because if you are new to working at a place you should know how to communicate with experienced workers in order to do your work with efficiency and skill as well as how to prepare your station for an appointment instead of rushing into it with a lot of products and tools not within reach or easily accessible.

I had such an amazing experience the attention to detail and the care they put into every step made my nails look absolutely flawless. 💅🏼 Thank you so much Eli and Julia for being so kind and meticulous, truly the best nail artists I’ve been to in the city! 👑💅🏼

Very nice spot in the east village. Julia, the manager is super helpful and easer to help with colors they didn’t have at the time. My nails came out super cute. Would def recommend
