Tiffany is so amazing. The best nail artist I’ve found in the city. Like ever. Any time I bring her a design she executes on it flawlessly. Love nail pro as a salon as well. All the professionals are so friendly there and they are really clear and transparent about pricing which is always a plus. Definitely will be a client for as long as I’m in Chicago!

I’ve been going to Nail Pro for a decade and have had some amazing experiences and nail sets done by Mai. Mai is a real nail artist, you can show her a picture and she can replicate it or make the design better. She never makes you feel rushed or like she trying to get to the next client. She’s been a staple for years. She’s a huge reason I’ve remained loyal.

Bri is the best! She always does an amazing job on my nails and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Her designs are super creative, and she always knows exactly what I’m going for. My nails last for weeks and still look great. On top of that, she’s so sweet and easy to talk to — the whole appointment always feels relaxing and fun. I definitely recommend Bri to anyone looking for a nail tech who truly cares about her work and her clients! 💅🏽✨

So happy with my experience at nail pro. I got cat eye , and they came out absolutely flawless. Dina was super detailed, patient, and is amazing at what she does. She made sure I was happy every step of the way. Michelle , is also extremely welcoming and helpful. I won't go anywhere else, but here!

I was visiting from out of town and came to Nail Pro because of the extensive high ratings on Google. I got a gel x fill in and a super cute chrome frenchie set which I loved immediately. It’s now been 5 weeks and I just soaked off the set and found deep line marks from the nail tech accidentally drilling into my nail bed☹️ Additional con: one of the shop workers (maybe owner?) was pressing me to give a google review before the top coat was even being applied and continued every few minutes up until my Uber picked me up. Like clockwork, she’d ask if I’d left a review yet which was slightly annoying. For the incessant review requesting and nail damage, I review this experience 2/5.
