It's difficult to express the level of gratitude and appreciation for what Nate was able to do to help me. Purchases were made with my credit cards and access was attempted for Paypal, Google, Amazon, and several other sites. I realized my home computer had been accessed and stopped all activity. It was kind of terrifying and I've worked for days to undo the damage, knowing that more was still occuring. I wanted to find a specialist in my area with an excellent reputation. Nate's rating of 5.0, and incredibly complimentary reviews made the decision to use him simple. I called around 10 p.m., just expecting to hear a message and to get a feel for his business. Nate answered the phone and spent several minutes explaining things and, more importantly, reassuring me that it could all be corrected. He was also available at virtually any time that worked for me. It was unexpected professionalism and empathy. Nate came to my home, arrived exactly on time, and within 30-40 minutes was able to find, and correct, all of the issues of security my computer had. He was extremely patient when asking questions I had trouble answering, frequently explaining and helping me understand at my level, without any hint of frustration. His demeanor was perfect: calm, reassuring, courteous and friendly. It was OBVIOUS that he had seen all of this before. Even though I felt it would be almost impossible to fix, he went through his processes and fixed each issue I brought up very quickly. Nate brought my life back to normal...actually, even better than normal. He then spent another 30 minutes addressing problems I had been dealing with or just accepting and ignoring for months. He was done in slightly over an hour. In a situation like this where your privacy has been invaded and attacked, there is almost no price I would not pay. Price is a much smaller concern than regaining security and peace of mind and secondary to everything else. What Nate provided in these areas is really priceless. I think he must know that and finds great satisfaction in helping others and loves what he does, because his charge (fee) was almost ridiculously low. It was exactly what was discussed, even with all the other issues I brought up and added. I had expected much worse... and yet I still would have been very satisfied paying much more. When I think about it, this may be the best purchase I have ever made, of any product or service, for what it provides me emotionally and, potentially, saves me financially. I can't think of another service provider who ever did such a thorough and professional job for me, and many were excellent. I really can't describe how something that seemed almost hopeless for days was so quickly and professionally fixed, and what it's done to change my situation. Thank you, Nate.

I am extremely satisfied with Nate's IT Computer Repair. I had been trying for two weeks to download software on my machine. It was software I had used for many years, and suddenly it wouldn't install on my computer. I had been troubleshooting over email with the software company, and they were unable to solve the problem. Apparently, it wasn't an easy issue to fix, but Nate dedicated time and effort to figuring it out. He fixed the problem and allowed me to get back my regular workflow. I highly recommend him!
