I have placed orders with many online nurseries but I've never received plants that looked as well as these OR packed as well! Last fall I put an ad on FB Marketplace trying to find John Fanick Phlox. I was looking to buy some, not sell some. Yet I still had people messaging me wanting to buy some. After I found them here I messaged those that had written me looking for some and they were so grateful. Highly recommend Native Gardeners!

I recently placed a large order online and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. My plants arrived about two weeks ago and the packaging was exceptional. Everything was secured so carefully that even after seeing the delivery box handled upside down when delivered, every plant arrived in perfect condition. Since planting, all of them have been thriving and look incredibly healthy, which speaks to the quality of their plants. I also reached out with a question after placing my order and I received a helpful response within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. A fantastic experience from start to finish, I will definitely shop here again!

** I am editing my review as I do love this place. They sell healthy plants and the staff knows their stuff. They are at a temporary location in Arlington currently and I am told their final destination will be in Grand Prairie. I do hope they find a way to communicate this clearly to customers when they move ( Even a banner on the website would even be a help.) Don't answer their phone during business hours. Also good luck getting to the right place because parts of their website and google show their address on Division in Arlington and another area on the website shows them on Pipeline in Euless. They need to get that cleaned up. Two stars because if you find them, it's a decent selection.

Excellent! Martha Gonzalez roses arrived in great condition. Packaging was meticulous. Obvious care. Excellent quality and customer service - courteous and prompt help. Ordered before – same experience. Easy to talk to a real person to get questions answered. No complaints with service or products.
