I was happy coming to this location. I am a dentist with chronic wrist etc. pain. I came to this place as a safe space to stretch my sore body and relax my own soul. Today I was chastised for drinking water at the wrong time aka don't do this during or between poses not like at the beginning as most people know. I don't feel safe anymore so will find another place.
I have felt very welcome from the moment I walked in and Leanne greeted me warmly. Shirley and Leanne were amazing teachers who clearly are passionate about yoga. The exercise was difficult but in a good way. I didn't feel any of the competitiveness that I have felt in other exercise classes and all of the other people there were friendly. Over all, I appreciate the atmosphere and ability to try something new in a nice, clean, friendly space.
I love all the classes I've tried workout wise and the coaches are amazing ! Especially Shirley she is so kind and upbeat and super knowledgeable and corrects form which I extra love as I'm a newer yoga person and I've never had anyone tell me how to correctly do different yoga poses
Was going to the chiropractor for almost a year for serious back problems. That only made things worse. Been here for 3 weeks and my back feels brand new. Great place with great people. Everyone is very friendly and it's a great environment. Lee, Greg, Shirley and Dorthy are excellent instructors.
