Had a lovely brunch here. The coffee was very nice. The food was delicious, with well balanced flavours, presented beautifuly, and a good size. The service was also very friendly and welcoming, after noticing us looking around at the decor he spoke to us about the building and gave us some cool information about it. The design/decorations were really unique and cool, so much to look at and created a nice atmosphere. Also, loved the big windows that were open and letting in a lovely breeze from the water.

A pleasant spot for brunch with good food and friendly service, though the overall experience didn’t quite justify the higher prices. Everything was solid, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. ☕ Coffee: The coffee was nicely made, though the latte art was fairly basic. Overall enjoyable, but not especially memorable for the price. 🥪 Food: Toasties were the clear highlight — very well executed and genuinely tasty. The rest of the menu was good but fairly ordinary, and overall the pricing felt a bit high for both the area and what was served. 👋 Staff: Service was good, with friendly, quick, and attentive staff throughout the visit. 🌿 Decor & atmosphere: The space is thoughtfully decorated inside, creating a comfortable vibe. Outdoor seating has less visual character but was still pleasant. 📍 Location: Extremely convenient, right on the foreshore and just steps from a light rail stop, making it easy to access. 🧒 Kid-friendly: Highchairs were available, and the inclusion of a few kids’ menu options was appreciated and made the visit easier. Overall, it was a good experience, but the pricing means I’d only return occasionally rather than making it a regular stop.

Remy and I stopped by Neighbours on Market St this morning and were amazed...well I was anyway. I had the Big Boss Bacon & Egg Roll and honestly… next level. Crispy black forest bacon, egg, hash brown, and that bacon onion chilli jam with aioli — every bite was perfect. If you love a good bacon and egg roll, this is the one. We also got the Ricotta Hotcakes and a Kids Ham & Cheese Toastie. Remy ignored the toastie and went straight for the hotcakes — can’t blame him, they were fluffy, sweet, and just right. Service was amazing too — super friendly and chill. Already planning my next trip back… mostly for that roll...DEFINITELY for that roll!

Absolutely stellar! The waitstaff here are amazing, cheerful, helpful and efficient without overdoing anything. The food was great too, we weren’t very hungry so didn’t get to sample the more exciting things on the menu (they looked so good going past to other tables). When something as simple as toast is treated and plated with care it bodes well for everything else. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I have been here several times and every time has been a pleasure The meals are well sized and always tasty and of a great quality. Today was the French toast and it was glorious. But have also done the egg and bacon rolls including ten boss version The coffee is great, and that’s always a win Outdoor seating is great with limited water views, but in winter gets were gas heaters so it was cozy Highly recommend this place
