I needed help in the startup of a new business. NerdsToGo Chicago went ABOVE and beyond anything I could ask for. They carefully listened to what I was asking for, purchased a domain, set up the domain and corresponding emails and website. They took care of all of the server settings that I have NO IDEA about. The owner got my request and called me back in a few minutes on a Saturday! Their customer service was impeccable. They listened, took care of the work, and I am up and running in under 2 hours. I recently left my company and tried to setup all my microsoft accounts for my new business venture......but really created a mess for myself. I reached out to NerdsToGo and worked with Stephen for several hours in cleaning up and fixing the mess I created. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Was very impressed with how they handled issues remotely, their bedside manner in dealing with a frustrated customer and also their ability to fix problems that were alot more complicated than I thought they would be. ISAIAS, your help person for dinosaurs, is/was WONDERFUL!! Not just acknowledgeable, but patient, understanding and clear in his teaching. I may never 'get' this stuff... but he inspired me to try. Thank you Isaias!

I manage a 138 Condo building that recently transitioned away from cable television to internet/streaming only service. To assist my residents who are unfamiliar with streaming services, we contracted Nerds-to-Go to provide in home assistance. Isaias was the technician that Nerds assigned to our building. He was fantastic. The feedback I received from each resident Isaias worked with was universally postiive. My residents and I are thankful for his assistance.
