Cannot say enough about the good folks at New Hope Animal Hospital. We have been coming here for years after a less-than-ideal experience at another local vet, and the people here have never let us down. We see Dr. Soren, mainly, but have seen others in the past, and couldn't ask for a better clinical team. From the doctors and nurses to the front desk, it is clear the people here love what they do. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family.

We recently had to put our elderly dog down, and the staff at New Hope ensured it was a dignified, respectable process. Tech Melanie gave our sweet old girl a bowl of hot chocolate to drink from the break room, and vet Christine was a kind and compassionate soul throughout. She sent a follow up card immediately afterwards, which was such a nice sentiment. Prior to this visit, we had a an appointment for a general check up and to address quality of life and Christine pointed us to some amazing OSU resources to help with the decision and grieving process. During a very bad, not good day, New Hope Animal Hospital was a tiny sliver of light and goodness and helped ensure our family was as taken care of as they could contribute.

We love the care our dog gets at New Hope Animal Hospital. Dr. Michelle Pineda very patiently answers our questions as new pet owners. She and the rest of the staff are so friendly and create such a welcoming place.

Recently our sweet pit bull Giblet needed a mast cell tumor removed. Though Dr. Pineda is a recent addition to NHAH, our pup got the excellent level of care this vet practice is known for from Drs. Windram and Bush. We got: a prompt diagnosis, clear info about the surgery and post surgery care, and meds to keep her comfortable afterwords. All has gone well. Stitches come out this week!

Dr. Michelle Pineda took care of my dog today and was absolutely wonderful—kind, thorough, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, made my dog feel comfortable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate about New Hope is how transparent they are with their pricing. They always review costs and options with me up front before performing any testing or procedures, which gives me peace of mind and helps me make the best decisions for my pet. Even though I now live in Raleigh, I happily make the drive because this is the best veterinary care in the area. It’s such a relief to know my pet is in excellent hands. I highly recommend New Hope Animal Hospital and Dr. Pineda to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care!
