We were completely blown away by the service provided by Maggie and Francis during our deep clean today. From the moment they arrived they were professional, perfectly on time, courteous, and kind. The results are truly unbelievable -- our house is sparkling clean! The level of detail they achieved; they meticulously cleaned corners and crevices that we didn't even realize needed attention. I contacted New Image after an Internet search and found they work with the Cleaning for a Reason organization which provides two, complimentary cleaning services for cancer patients (which I currently am).They sent us Frances, who is an absolute angel! She listened to my concerns and took care of exactly what I needed! My bathroom has never looked better! The owner contacted me immediately after the first service to get my feedback, which was 100% positive We will be continuing our relationship with New Image even after the complimentary services. Highly recommend.
