I am very grateful to have found New Skin NYC in Maspeth. Before starting treatment, I had active acne and noticeable scarring from my 20s. My skin is a darker tone and very prone to hyperpigmentation, so I’m always careful about what treatments I choose. A dermatologist had only recommended Pixel laser sessions ($1500 per session x3), which felt too expensive and too aggressive for me. I looked for alternatives and paid close attention to reviews, which led me to New Skin NYC. They suggested a series of 3 microdermabrasion sessions alternating with 3 microneedling sessions (a total of 6 treatments and at a very affordable price). I’m now on my 5th session, and my active acne has greatly improved, my scarring is much lighter, and my skin honestly feels and looks amazing. My therapist, Dimpal, is very professional and caring. She’s always prepared for my appointment, the space is extremely clean (medical-like), and she gives me her full attention for the entire hour. She explains every step before and during treatment, and lets me know exactly what to expect afterward. She also recommended simple, affordable things I can do long-term to maintain my skin—no pressure to buy expensive product lines, which I really appreciate. I’ve had an excellent experience at New Skin NYC!! I highly recommend it for everyone.

Been having Electrolosis & laser hair removal here for almost 6 months now and appreciate Dimpal soo much! Communication is great & she makes sure you’re 100% comfortable throughout your service. Easy parking outside as well, can’t recommend highly enough!

Best laser hair removal in Queens!!!!! Dimpal is so nice and knowledgable. I was a little nervous at first, but she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. The results have been great so far and I’ve noticed such a big difference after just a few sessions. The location is really clean and easy free street parking. If you’re thinking about laser treatments, definitely go see Dimpal!

It's been a year of microneedling + microdermabrasion treatments with Dimpal, and she’s honestly amazing. I initially came here because of her stellar reviews (the best in queens!) She’s super knowledgeable and really pays attention to your skin’s needs. She’s also really friendly and makes the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. The place itself is clean and has a nice calm vibe. I can already see a difference in my skin, and I’ll definitely be coming back to her again.

I’ve been to New Skin NYC twice now for a HydraFacial with Dimpal, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. Dimpal is incredibly skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares about her clients.
