My daughter attends a climbing club at Newcastle Climbing Centre and she loves it. Recently, she celebrated her 8th birthday there, and it was absolutely brilliant! The children climbed for about an hour and a half with the support of two amazing instructors. There were lots of fun games and activities, and everyone had a fantastic time. Some of the children even decided to take up climbing seriously after the party!

Where to start with this wonderful little centre! My climbing journey started here over 18 months ago and I doubt it could have begun anywhere better. They have bouldering, top rope, auto belays and lead climbing available. Great to have so much in a single centre. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly with Chris, Sam and the two Dan’s being superb guides. Aaron or Lily on front desk are also superb, engaging and chatty peeps. Climbing is a wonderful and welcoming community, but the NCC is even more open and supportive than the average for sure!

Great climbing place. The staff are class. Friendly and professional. The facility is exceptionally well maintained. The climbs are great. The bouldering section is perfect and covers all gradients and skill sets. Please support this place, it's awesome.

Lovely gym. Friendly staff, good setting and holds, though some of the grading was a little suspect, but that’s par for the course. Would definitely recommend, especially beginner to intermediate climbers.
