First time calling Next-Gen Plumbing for services.. had to get my main sewer line snaked out.. Nic ( owner ) was fast to respond, forwarding my booking to Grace. She was so pleasant.. She sent out Matt and Brett. They came to help out quickly. Organizing their day/calls appropriately.. once arrived, Matt and Brett were so polite and respectful of my home and pets.. As a general contractor I have had this company install plumbing for the last 4 restaurants I have built, as welll as 2 repair jobs from previous companies poor workmanship. They are punctual, courteous, and the owner is always soft spoken and treats employees and customers with the utmost respect. Ive recommended them for their residential sevices as well. Keep up the good work!!

Not good service, they install the plumbing to the restaurant of my friend since he open always plug the toilet, when they call theme they use the camera and they said the drain pipe of the next suite is blocking the flow of the water but after they fix still the same the problem they never even come back to check it if working properly after they fix. My friend give theme a lot of job to his business but they are not good service company after they got paid thats it. When we call the guy who has experience to the plumbing after he study the situation he find out right away the problem and is not in the drain line the real cause is the wrong installation of something. But this company they knows already have a problem but they never make a time to analyze the cause of the problem plus they send the unexperence person. Now my friend he gonna cost again to fix there garbage work plus he need to shutdown his business. We are not gonna recommend this kind of inexperience company. Unprofessional and not enap experience specially to find the problem.

Water started leaking up through cracks in our basement floor. I called Next-Gen and they discovered that a drain line below the concrete was cracked and displaced and had been that way for a very long time. What a disgusting mess of black sludge! They dug everything out, replaced the broken cast-iron sections with new ABS, put in new fill and concrete and cleaned everything up. Perfect!
