Had two other plumbing companies come out previously to solve a backup issue i was having in the basement to no avail, called pleasant plumber and they sent Ethan out to diagnose and fix the issue. Ethan and his apprentice managed to diagnose and fix the issue in a very timely fashion. They were also very personable and respectful and happily answered all of the qurstions me and my spouse had for them. Went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and did their best to mitigate the mess created. The final price was also very reasonable, several hundered lower then the other companies I have used in the past, 10 out 10 would recommend their services to anyone in need.

The team of 2 guys did a pretty complicated job cleaning sewer from both - my neighbour's and my apartment, but in couple hours everything was done and cleaned, and a detailed report by email was provided.
