I can’t recommend Next Step and Jordan Glaser enough! They communicated with me consistently throughout the year ahead of my move to prepare a perfect list of apartments. On a single day, they showed me 10+ amazing options and helped me with the application process. Incredible experience!

I had a great experience working with Next Step Realty and my agent, Luke Walsh, on my apartment search. He quickly understood what I was looking for and organized a number of options for me to see in just one day. By the end of the process, I was able to secure an apartment that I’m excited about. Luke was attentive, professional, and made the search feel more manageable. I’d recommend Next Step and Luke to anyone looking for their next place!

I had a fantastic experience with Next Step Realty. I worked with Victoria Scott, and she was amazing to work with. In a single day, she had lined up several apartments for me to see, and by the end of the day, I had signed a lease on a place I loved. Victoria was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. The whole experience felt smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Highly recommend both Victoria and Next Step!

I was new to NYC and Michael helped me find an apartment. He set up 11 tours and was very flexible with adjusting based on other units we wanted to see. Michael knew a lot about the market and the neighborhoods. His input was very helpful during the search. I'm very happy with the apartment I got! A friend of mine also used next step and got a nice place before it came on market. I would recommend the service for anyone moving into the city.

I recently worked with Next Step to find an apartment, and my experience was amazing! My agent Sophie Crocker carefully helped me navigate what preferences I wanted to establish when looking for a place, which was especially helpful with it being the first time for me navigating the New York rental market. The process was seamless. Every unit we toured was great, but I ended up finding the perfect place for my daughter and I that I could not be happier about! Thank you Sophie and Next Step.
