I’m really disappointed with nomore chores. While the british girl on the phone sounded helpful, what she promised was a total mismatch from the actual service received. It felt like they just sent random people to my house; it was honestly concerning that the cleaner didn't even know her own boss's name. They don’t offer refunds despite my concern, so I'm stuck paying for a subpar job. I’d highly recommend going with another option like toronto home cleaners instead or others.

I hired No More Chores for a move out cleaning of our 4 bedroom 5 bathroom 3500 square foot home. This was a huge job, the house was a big mess. The results were spectacular. From start to finish their communication was prompt professional and reassuring which was such a relief during the chaos of moving. The team arrived on time fully equipped and got straight to work. They tackled every corner of the house including baseboards, inside cabinets, appliances including fridge and stove, and windows.
