Simply put, TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! This was my first experience with Dr. Goodrich and Noe Valley Animal Hospital. From even just calling in to set up the appointment, the front desk team were helpful, kind, personable, and funny. As all of us are, I am slightly crazy when it comes to my two dogs. They were completely understanding, kind, and helped with all kinds of records and rescheduling questions! When I arrived, the hospital is SO CUTE and the entire experience was welcoming, kind, and comfortable. I have two big dogs, and the team seemed excited to meet them, pet them, and interact. Dr. Goodrich was knowledgable and confident, without being pushy. I truly trust my babies with this team, and am so grateful to have found a healthcare home for my doggies.
Dr. Poulo is exceptional. Dr. Poulo and her team are thorough in their exams, clearly explain treatment options, and made sure we felt informed and supported. The staff is gentle, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to make visits stress-free for our cats and us! We feel completely confident bringing our cats here, and we’re grateful for the level of care they receive.
We needed to bring our 6 year old tabby in for his updated checkups and shots as our original long time animal hospital closed and moved away. As Noe Animal Hospital is now closed, we decided to bring our trusted family cat, one of two, to get him updated and entrusted to their care. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Devon, the Senior Practitioner at the facility. Calming my fears of a new location that upset my feline friend, we were all put at ease with Devon's calm and reassuring manner and all fears dispensed with at the time. Upon meeting the wonderful veternarian, Dr. Paolo, we immediately became calm and peaceful under her tender care. She took the time to calm our Ivan and reassure her that he was in good hands. After getting his shots, we came home and he went out for a bit and then returned home to sleep peacefully. I reccomend Noe Animal Hospital for all of your family pets, either for an emergency or yearly checkups. All of their staff is uniquely suited to care for your animals with the same loving care that you yourself and your family offer and extend to your pets. Kind, thorough and great care! The staff at Noe Animal Hospital always do their best to provide my dog with the highest level of care and attention. Their vets, techs, and front desk staff are trustworthy and super empathetic. They treat my dog like their own, and kindly put up with her longing disdain of vets. My family is grateful they are in the neighborhood.
Dr. Gopasetty and the Noe Animal Hospital staff did a wonderful job helping Boomer and me get Boomer’s paperwork for a trip to the UK. In fact, Dr. Gopasetty came in specially for me on her day off because USDA was late in returning paperwork. Very much appreciate the way the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless departure—and we did!
