Warm and welcoming -as soon as I’d been registered with my elderly cat, I was escorted to an exam room and encouraged to take a carton of chilled water! That water helped me settle in and feel “anchored!” My cat left later with me having been relieved of some matted fur he couldn’t reach and having been given a good basic exam. I’ll certainly go back with him when he next needs medical expertise!

Dr. Goodrich is great with both of our dogs big and small. She’s very flexible with our big dog when he needs more emotional support and is so kind to our little. The team is very responsive and great at making the vet a pleasure for both humans and pups. They are a newer practice and I can tell sometimes they are still gaining experience with more fearful pups— but they are open to working with their clients to make it happen!

We are so lucky to have Noe Animal Hospital as our local vet! After recently adopting my cat Fern from the SFSPCA (which was also a wonderful experience btw!) we faced some mild (but stressful!) growing pains that sometimes come with new pet ownership, including skin and GI issues. The team at Noe Animal Hospital has been extremely helpful and accommodating to all of Fern’s needs, making us feel totally cared for and prioritized. In between appointments, the team kindly and promptly responded to all my questions via phone call and email. At Fern’s visits, the office is always clean, warm, and welcoming. I did not feel pressured into any additional services or expenses during our visits. The staff even made Fern feel extra special by giving her lots of attention and sweet compliments! Fern is feeling back to her fabulous self with help from your wonderful doctors and staff! We’re looking forward to continuing care at Noe Animal Hospital for many years to come. Thank you!
