I was seeking a new groomer and came across them. I scheduled an appointment for 11am for deshedding. The confirmed the appointment and then immediately changed my time to 5pm without confirming with me. I opted to cancel because that is not what I selected and does not work for my schedule. I also thought it was not good practice to change a appointment time without notifying the client. While they asked about a different time for the day or a different day, I still requested to cancel. They communicated that they would still charge me a cancellation fee, which I questioned. I then decided I was not feeling good about the experience to try again with them so I requested to remove my data from their platform. I’ve attached screenshots of the interaction which then you can see that their tone then changes told me to not contact them again. They then said that they offered my original time, which they never did. They asked me about what time would work, they never offered to keep my original time. That is two different things. He then sent me a screenshot trying to prove this, it did not. Even if I am cancelling and request my data to be removed, I should have never been met with this treatment. He was extremely unprofessional and in conversation and in operation of scheduling. I do not recommend.

I had an amazing experience with PetShow Grooming for my mini poodle! They did an awesome job, and it was clear they truly care about their furry clients. My poodle looks fantastic and so happy! They were on time for the appointment, making the whole process seamless. Plus, the cost was very fair for the quality of service provided. I have 3 large dogs that all have traumatic past and stranger danger. We have been searching for a new groomer that my dogs felt safe with and someone who does a great job. I’m happy to say we found them! Giovanni did a wonderful job and booking and communication are great.

After our former mobile groomers retired,we found Sergio who has been grooming Zoi our shih tzu for the past year. As the Queen and ruler in our house we wanted the best! I am happy to report that we did get the best! Sergio is extremely gentle, honest and very responsible! He knows his work, as this little diva looks quite adorable! We had the opportunity to also have Giovanni groom her who is also excellent. We were so lucky to have found him!
