I cannot say a word against the North East Cancer Centre. From the beginning they proved to be a very professional & efficient practice . When my Dr. ran late reception phoned and let me know before I left home . The reception ladies were joyfull & carried out their jobs pleasurably. I had a very short wait & was greeted with a warm smile from Dr. Ayesha K. She was more than one can expect with her caring & happy manner plus her extreme knowlege of her profession. She put me at ease immediately & I left with total confidence that I would be looked after. Thank you all from a very satisfied patient .

I have been attending the Centre for many years now and can highly recommend the service. Over this time I have seen various doctors and am always treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Today I saw Dr Monsalve and once again received a very thorough skin check and I appreciated the detailed explanations and information. The follow-up re your next appointment is always welcome.

I saw Dr Bullen. He was engaging , professional, friendly & made me feel comfortable & at ease the whole time during my check up. He made sure I knew what was happening through my procedure & did a wonderful job sorting my issue.

Booked in online for a total body skin cancer check. Very easy process. On arrival check in was pleasant and efficient. Dr Gayed was very personable and undertook a very thorough check. Explained some spots that I was concerned about were benign spots that required no further action. Fees were very reasonable for such professional service.

Very long wait & did apologise for this, sent me a feedback link that doesn’t work. Everyone was nice polite etc but I think I was expecting a little more dialogue and interaction/insight in the quick consult. Was a lot of money for a quick check over. This is the first of 3 places I’m going so I guess time will tell if this was value time and money spent.
