The space itself is huge, with three rings, plenty of bags, and a proper weights and cardio section, so you’re never waiting around for equipment. What really stood out for me though was the atmosphere—everyone from the coaches to the other members is welcoming, and it feels like a genuine community rather than just a gym. Michael Turner and the coaching team are excellent; they know how to push you without making the sessions intimidating, whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced. The classes are well structured, with options for all levels, plus specific sessions for kids, teens, and sparring. I really like that the first class is free, and the flexible membership options mean you can find something that suits your schedule.
