Have always had a great experience going to North Med Spa. Recently went for their facial, having had to cancel twice because of a nasty flu last minute and they were so understanding. The hydrafacial, I’ve gotten two compliments already being at home and my skin feels so hydrated. The aesthetician I had, explained each step very well. Thank you!!!

Had a cystic pimple that I desperately wanted to get rid of it quickly. Got a steroid shot injected by Emily. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Honestly, did not feel a thing as she was injecting the pimple. Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience with Katherine - it was my first time getting botox at North Medical Spa, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. She asked thoughtful questions to understand my preferences, took her time explaining everything, and was incredibly patient and accommodating of my nervousness. She’s very friendly, warm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I felt well cared for from start to finish and I’m really happy with both my experience and results. I would absolutely recommend Katherine and North Medical Spa and will definitely be back.

My initial consultation was excellent, very informative and helpful, which is why I decided to book a chemical peel. However, my experience with the actual treatment was disappointing. The peel was performed by someone other than the consultant I originally met with, as she was unavailable. Unfortunately, the individual who carried out my peel did not seem very knowledgeable; for instance, they were unfamiliar with tretinoin, which felt unusual for someone working in skincare. The peel itself was underwhelming. I understand that a single peel may not deliver dramatic results, but this one seemed far too mild, I noticed no changes at all. About three weeks later, I called to ask about the specific formulation used, as I was curious to understand why it was ineffective and was also interested in booking a stronger peel. The receptionist told me that someone would get back to me to discuss a treatment plan. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received a response.

I get Botox/dysport from Katherine - she is amazing! My skin looks refreshed (it’s best at week 4-6). Thanks team for making my face less animated!
