We have had a wonderful experience at Norwood Furniture working with Shasta, interior designer, and Todd R. for window shades and drapery panels. Shasta and Todd have been a great team to help us decorate our newly purchased home over the past four years. Shasta’s patience and expertise have allowed us to gradually find furniture, rugs, art and wallpaper to finish our spaces through a stress-free experience. After shopping many other furniture stores in the valley, Jessica and Maja at Norwood saw our vision and put it into play. Their professionalism and design knowledge transformed our newly remodeled home into a showroom! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
We looked high and low for a high quality bumper sectional to fit our small historic home’s front living room and everything was too large scale, enter David at Norwood! When we weren’t having any luck looking at the online catalog for the sofas we were seeing, David turned to the physical manufacturer books they have on hand to find us the sofa we wanted in the style we wanted and size we needed. Our dreams came true when it was delivered-it was even better than I thought it would be! The service provided from introductions through purchase, delivery and follow up have been phenomenal. Norwood furniture has a fabulous selection of furniture. I worked with Hannah who did a great job. She followed up on everything and kept me informed. She made great selections and suggestions and I love everything that I got from Norwood. Karen in design services is fabulous. I had two benches recovered and they are both gorgeous ❤️ I have to also add that Jim from the warehouse was wonderful to work with. The delivery men that brought the furniture are the best. I love Norwood Furniture . They have great customer service and I feel that my home is gorgeous thanks to Hannah and Karen.
