I bring in 6.3 grams of gold to a goldsmith and asked him to remake my gold-plated ring into real gold. He told me the ring would be made as 5 grams, so I expected to still have about 1 gram of gold left. When I picked up the ring, he said the new ring weighed only 3.15 grams and claimed the missing gold was lost because gold “flies away” during melting and polishing. I paid $600 for the melting and remaking service, and it was never explained to me that I could lose around 50% of the gold in the process

Genuinely amazing! Both affordable and the best quality. I needed my engagement ring resized on a very short time frame and he was amazing and did it in one day and was so kind. If you need any jewellery or an incredibly competent jeweller, NTP is the way to go

Needed a ring for my partner resized and found NTP jewellers online. The reviews were right, lovely service, fantastic work. My partner even had her great grandmother's ring resized while we were there. The jeweller assessed the ring and we found out it's actually not at all the stone she was told by family, and she was totally wrong about the gold carat. We will be back for any other work we need done, and will be recommending to everyone. Just such personal care and service
