I am profoundly impressed by your service, constant updating, expert packaging, and speedy delivery of my Bat Plant. I owned a cut flower farm and wholesale nursery growing and propagating many varieties of Orchids. Your attention to detail was faultless and I have no hesitation in highly recommending your business to any potential purchaser of your products. the 5 star rating I have given is not high enough, particularly as I asked for a Green Bat plant, which arrived in excellent condition with no evidence of stress, despite a delivery distance of 600km. It took about 5+ minutes to unpack my plant which is a testament to your professional approach. I was then astonished to find my main Bat plant also had 3 young developing rhizomes attached to the primary, so potentially I have 4 plants, hence my desire to rate "The Tropic Gardner" a 5+ or 6 rating. I’ve never left a review anywhere I was so impressed I had to leave one! I Brought a monstera albo on a Saturday night, it was shipped Monday morning with express shipping to Victoria and came Wednesday morning! When opening the plant I was gob smacked. The care in the packaging and the way the plant was protected I was beyond impressed! Not only that but also a damp material to keep the plant soil great until arrival! I have ordered from a couple of different places online and they have either been awful or just okay. I’m so very happy with my new plant and I’ll be only ordering my plants from here! Big fan from Victoria here!! Thanks guys :)

I'm an orchid addict and had been looking for these particular orchids for sometime. Excellent nursery! Very impressed with the range of plants available and the exceptional customer service. The man who helped me was a wealth of knowledge but, even better, he took the time to understand exactly what I was after and was able to offer a range of beautiful plants that would suit (easy & lush). Then showed loads of patience in helping me decide and teaching me how to care for them now and in future. Prices were really reasonable too. Won't be going anywhere in future, very satisfied customer ☺️
