Took my cell to get the screen replaced. I received great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. The turn around was within the time frame given. I do recommend their services. I will continue to come here.

Went to get my phone repaired. They told us it would be ready within a few hours. We returned from dinner, the guys then mentioned they didn’t have the same colored back panel for us and put a random one on instead. Then when we went home, the phone completely stopped working. Turns out they fried the internal wires when trying to repair and made sure the phone was on WiFi when we checked it in the store. Never returning here again. If you have an iPhone that needs repair, I recommend going elsewhere.

Terrible company just go to best buy instead and get proper protections. NX Installed a a brand new screen and told me I had a year warranty, now that there was a change in management that policy was no longer valid, screen went bad after 9 months. Refused to help me in anyway and said I had to buy a brand new screen for 350$ again. Went to multiple professionals and was told that the screen they installed was a refurbished aftermarket screen that was a miracle to last more then 6 months. Complete ripoffs.
