This place is a little slice of magic right here in Mesa, Arizona. Having traveled to 20 or so countries across the globe, often in search of experiences and environments like this, I can positively say they nailed their vision here. Everything about the environment calms the senses in a wonderful way. The sound bath class was great. Looking forward to returning for some more events and classes.

I took my first class at last night, the Candlelight Yin & Sound Bath with Amani and Alyssa, and I’m still floating. Hands down, the best class I’ve ever taken. The grounds are stunning, peaceful, lush, and beautifully maintained. It truly feels like an escape from the outside world. There’s also a shop on site and they offer a lovely selection of coffees and teas that adds to the entire vibe. Already booked my second class for this weekend, and I have a feeling this is going to become a regular ritual. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset.

This studio really is an oasis! Everyone is so friendly and created such a beautiful, calm and safe space! This is more than just yoga with the monthly events! I attended the women’s event with beautiful breath work and sound bath! I left feeling so rejuvenated. I cannot wait for the next one!
