Shanna at Sagar hot yoga is an exceptional Bikram Yoga teacher. She has an incredible eye for detail and immediately caught and corrected my mistakes, which made a huge difference in my practice. I truly appreciate how attentive and encouraging she is. Ending the class with scented towels was such a thoughtful touch—relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend her classes!
Staff is nice, I love that it’s intimate, there’s showers and lockers BUT the downside is that the instructors have very poor English and it’s hard to follow them and keep up. I love a good yoga where you can flow with just the instructors voice and occasional example. There could be improvement in the English spoken in classes from the instructors because there is a huge language barrier
My boyfriend and I came here today for the first time and signed up for the free 1 week. Our instructor, Yulia, was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and nice! She let us borrow mats and towels which was so sweet of her. She was very positive and encouraging during the class and made my boyfriend and I feel welcomed. We will be back! Thank you Yulia for the great experience!
I enjoyed the training very much. The stuff was super nice and took good care of me as it was my first time. On the downside the place was not well ventilated and the smell was not great also after a practice group they only clean it with swiffers from what i saw. You should bring your own mat as well.
Unprofessional and argumentative staff. I was offered a week free online and only given the option for 3 classes. I attended one class and was told I can come anytime for my next two classes. After calling the studio to confirm my next classes they informed me they were unable to provide me service and wanted to argue with me about what the instructor at 6:20 pm 7/16 informed me. They need to have better communication between their staff and need to be professional when talking to potential clients. Will be bringing my business where it’s appreciated.
