I had a windows crash on my system which drove me in to a panic as I work from home. I called all the big box store and none of them could help me in the time frame I need which was ASAP. I found OC online and they got me back up and running in less then 24hrs!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank You!

Do NOT go to him, he is extremely unprofessional and my pc came back worse then before, and wanted 100+ more to fix a problem he made, after saying any issues would be free of charge. I came to him for a diagnosis and a quote, and he went and installed things without asking me and asked for the money, as well as i had 1.5TB of storage and he gave me it back with something that had less then 500GB I came for a diagnosis and a quote and now have a pc that can't even handle opening google chrome when before it could handle multiple applications running at the same time. May as well take your chances on facebook market place over this

I want to give a fair review of my experience. The owner was very kind and professional. His pricing is fair and honest, and he works quickly. I would recommend his services, he doesn’t rip you off. I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the website had “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” displayed clearly on the front page in big, bold letters. I missed that detail, even though I checked the site and even sent an email. As a result, I took the bus to the listed address and was surprised to find it was a residential home. I honestly thought I had the wrong place since I was expecting a business office. The owner wasn’t there when I arrived, and I realized my mistake. The “by appointment only” note is in small print at the very bottom of the website’s contact page, and I didn’t see it. Because of that, I ended up waiting 30 minutes outside in the heat until the owner returned. If I had my own car, it wouldn’t have been a big deal to drop off and pick up my laptop later, but since I bused there, it was inconvenient. I even asked if I could sit inside to wait because it was so hot, but the owner’s wife was very rude. She claimed she had somewhere to go and didn’t let me in. Now imagine if it was winter and I was told to wait outside. Not how you treat paying customers. However, when the owner arrived, he was very kind and even offered me a bottle of water, which I appreciated. So don’t make the same mistake I did. Call ahead and make an appointment.
